PANORAMA TOUR

Gambar
Written by:Wahyu Rizky Class:XII-6   Semarang, the capital of Central Java, is a tourist destination offering a unique blend of colonial history, cultural acculturation, and distinctive cuisine. My trip to this city aimed to explore the historical sites in the Old Town area and sample its culinary delights, which are already legendary nationally. My visit lasted three days, with the main agenda being visiting city icons like Lawang Sewu and the Sam Poo Kong Temple.   In terms of accessibility, Semarang is very easy to reach by both train and air. Public transportation within the city, such as the Trans Semarang bus, is quite adequate, although for flexibility, using online transportation remains the best option.   The Old Town area is now much more organized and clean (resembling a European atmosphere), a stark contrast to what it was a few years ago. Semarang Lumpia (lumpia) and Wingko Babat (traditional snacks) retain their authentic flavors. However, duri...

Written By: Zidan Rizki Wijaya Class: XII-6   The Panorama Trip to Semarang was designed with an engaging and well-balanced itinerary, combining city exploration, historical sites, natural attractions, culinary experiences, and souvenir shopping. Each destination had its own unique character and was represented through the different experiences of each group member.   The journey began with Dela’s arrival at the airport and an exploration of Semarang City. The city’s dynamic atmosphere, combined with a visit to Eastman Coffee House, created a relaxed yet modern impression, making it a perfect start to the trip.   Next, Raihan led the visit to Lawang Sewu and the Old Town area. Lawang Sewu offered strong historical value, while the Old Town showcased beautiful classic architecture rich in cultural significance, making it highly appealing for both documentation and educational purposes.   Keysha continued the journey to Gedong Songo Temple, ...

From the start until the end of the trip, everything was well organized, so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I could just follow the schedule, explore the places, and enjoy the holiday. During the trip, we visited many interesting places with different vibes. We spent some time exploring the city and getting a feel for Semarang’s lively yet comfortable atmosphere. One of my favorite moments was stopping by a cozy coffee shop, which was perfect for taking a break and relaxing. We also visited historical landmarks such as Lawang Sewu and the Old Town area. The buildings were unique and classic, great for taking photos, and they also gave us insight into the city’s history.   The trip got even better when we went to the highland area to visit Gedong Songo Temple. The air there was cool and fresh, and the...

Written by: Reihan Davindra Pratama Class: XII-6 The Panorama Trip to Semarang was a quite interesting experience because it combined city tours, historical places, cultural sites, and nature destinations. Overall, the trip went smoothly and the places we visited were well chosen. However, there are still some things that need improvement, especially from the tour guides, so future trips can be better.   The trip started when we arrived at the airport and continued with a short city tour around Semarang, including a visit to Eastman Coffee House. This was a good way to get to know the city. However, Dela, the tour guide, seemed less energetic and talked too long. Because of that, the atmosphere felt a bit boring. It would be better if the explanation was shorter, clearer, and delivered with more enthusiasm. The visit to Lawang Sewu and Kota Lama gave a strong historical feeling and should have been one of the best parts of the trip. Unfortunately, Raihan (DC) explained the...

Walking around this area felt calm and also increased my knowledge about the city’s history. Lawang Sewu was also an important part of the trip because it offered a strong historical experience through its magnificent architecture and unique atmosphere. Being inside the building made me appreciate the historical and cultural value of Semarang even more.   The trip became more colorful with a visit to Gedong Songo Temple, which offered beautiful mountain scenery and cool air. The purpose of this review is to share the journey and promote Semarang as a fun and complete travel destination for friends and families.   Our trip started at the Samarinda bus station, where we met the Panorama Tour team. From there, we went to Balikpapan Airport and flew to Semarang. After arriving at Semarang Airport, we were picked up and taken to MG Setos Hotel. The ride was comfortable, and the hotel was nice and luxurious, so we could rest before going out in the afternoon to try Es Man Kopi Haus. After that, we returned to the hotel to rest.   The next day, we gathered in the hotel lobby and took the bus to Warung Soto Segar. The ride was relaxing, and we enjoyed the city views along the way. The bakso there was very delicious — the meat was tender and the broth was tasty. Then we continued to Lawang Se...
