Hello! This time I want to share my travel experience to Semarang with my friends using Panorama Tour as our tour guide. The purpose of this review is to share the journey and promote Semarang as a fun and complete travel destination for friends and families.

 

Our trip started at the Samarinda bus station, where we met the Panorama Tour team. From there, we went to Balikpapan Airport and flew to Semarang. After arriving at Semarang Airport, we were picked up and taken to MG Setos Hotel. The ride was comfortable, and the hotel was nice and luxurious, so we could rest before going out in the afternoon to try Es Man Kopi Haus. After that, we returned to the hotel to rest.

 

The next day, we gathered in the hotel lobby and took the bus to Warung Soto Segar. The ride was relaxing, and we enjoyed the city views along the way. The bakso there was very delicious — the meat was tender and the broth was tasty. Then we continued to Lawang Sewu. On the way, the tour guide explained the history, and when we arrived, it became even more interesting and educational. After that, we went to Special Gongso for lunch and enjoyed ayam lalapan.

 

After lunch, we went to Kota Lama. The ride there was fun, and the area had beautiful old buildings, perfect for taking photos. We also visited the Root House, which I found unique and interesting. Then we went to Pasar Kuthikan, where there were many snacks, local foods, and souvenirs. In the evening, we had dinner at Bukit Tiro and returned to the hotel to rest.

 

The following day, after breakfast, we took the bus to Gedong Songo Temple. The trip there was quite long and uphill, but the views were beautiful and the air was cool. The tour guide explained the history, and we took many photos with the stunning scenery. I even rode a horse and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. After that, we went to Kedai Sego Pedas Mami, where we could choose and take our own food. After eating, we returned to the hotel and prepared to go home.

 

Overall, I rate this trip 9 out of 10. What made this trip even better was the service from Panorama Tour. The team was friendly, responsive, well-organized, and very helpful throughout the journey. If you’re planning a trip to Semarang and want a smooth, fun, and stress-free experience, I highly recommend booking with Panorama Tour!
