PANORAMA TOUR

The Panorama Trip to Semarang was a quite interesting experience because it combined city tours, historical places, cultural sites, and nature destinations. Overall, the trip went smoothly and the places we visited were well chosen. However, there are still some things that need improvement, especially from the tour guides, so future trips can be better.

 

The trip started when we arrived at the airport and continued with a short city tour around Semarang, including a visit to Eastman Coffee House. This was a good way to get to know the city. However, Dela, the tour guide, seemed less energetic and talked too long. Because of that, the atmosphere felt a bit boring. It would be better if the explanation was shorter, clearer, and delivered with more enthusiasm. The visit to Lawang Sewu and Kota Lama gave a strong historical feeling and should have been one of the best parts of the trip. Unfortunately, Raihan (DC) explained the information in a way that was not very clear, so some details were hard to understand. It would be helpful if the explanation was more organized and easier to follow. The trip to Gedong Songo Temple was one of the most enjoyable moments because of the beautiful scenery and cool weather. However, Keysha’s voice was too quiet, so not everyone could hear the explanation well.

 

I hope in the future, the tour guide should speak louder or make sure everyone is close enough to listen. At the end of the trip, we went shopping for souvenirs at Istana Briliand before heading back to Samarinda. Sadly, Amanda’s explanation felt boring and not very interactive, which made the participants less interested. It would be better if the tour guide tried to involve the participants more to keep the situation fun.

 

In conclusion, the Panorama Trip to Semarang was good in terms of destinations and travel flow. However, the tour guides need to improve their communication, clarity, and interaction with participants so the trip can be more enjoyable and memorable
