MALANG ODYSSEY

This review tells about our study tour trip to Surabaya and Malang, which started from Balikpapan Airport to Surabaya Airport. After arriving in Surabaya, we visited the famous landmark, Jembatan Suramadu. The wide sea view and fresh breeze made the trip feel very enjoyable. After that, we had lunch with Suramadu duck and fresh mango sambal that tasted delicious.

 

The journey continued to Malang, and we stayed at HARRIS Hotel Malang. The hotel was comfortable and clean, making us feel relaxed after a long trip. In the evening, we had dinner at Bakso President, which is famous for its unique location near the railway and its tasty meatballs. Later, we enjoyed the beautiful colorful lights at Malang Night Paradise, where there were many attractions and stunning lantern parks.

 

During our time in Malang, we also had fun at Hawai Waterpark. It was very exciting and refreshing. We walked around Kayutangan Heritage, an area with classic buildings and aesthetic photo spots. We also visited Museum Angkut, where we learned about many kinds of vehicles from different eras. Another memorable experience was enjoying the peaceful countryside view at Cafe Sawah Pujon Kidul, surrounded by beautiful rice fields.

 

We visited Jatim Park 2, which provided educational experiences about animals and science in a fun way. At night, we spent time at Batu Night Spectacular, enjoying the rides and beautiful lantern decorations. Before going home, we bought souvenirs for our families.

 

Besides the wonderful destinations, our tour guide was also very friendly, patient, and informative. He explained every place clearly and in an interesting way, so we could understand the history and uniqueness of each destination. The tour guide was also helpful and managed the schedule very well, so all activities ran smoothly.

 

Overall, this trip was very memorable and enjoyable because it combined entertainment, education, culinary experiences, and togetherness. It gave us many new experiences and unforgettable memories.
