KERATON TOUR

Time flies so fast! Our 3-day trip around Jogja with Keraton Tour is officially over. Honestly, I don’t even feel tired because the itinerary was so cool and we got to explore every side of Jogja. Here is a quick recap of our journey!

 

The moment we arrived in Jogja, we were greeted by the iconic vibes of Malioboro Street. We took a quick selfie at the legendary street sign, then headed straight to the Yogyakarta Keraton (The Palace). I was totally amazed by the grand architecture. We also saw a beautiful set of Gamelan in the hall. You can really feel the sacred and rich Javanese culture there!

 

Day two was all about "full smiles"! Early in the morning, we were already at Prambanan Temple. Seeing those massive temples in person is a whole different experience—so majestic and full of history.

 

In the afternoon, Keraton Tour took us to Obelix Sea View. Honestly, this is the most aesthetic spot! We caught a golden orange sunset with a view of the open sea from the hilltop. There was even a traditional dance performance on an open stage—a perfect mix of tradition and modern vibes.

 

On the last day, we went south to Parangtritis Beach. The ocean breeze was so refreshing! It was the perfect place to relax, watch the big waves, and walk along the wide sandy beach. Before heading home, we stopped by a Bakpia Pathok factory. It was so cool because we could see the staff making fresh, warm bakpia right in front of us. The smell was mouth-watering! We ended up buying a lot for souvenirs for the people back home.

 

This 3-day trip with  Keraton Tour was totally worth it! We got history at the Palace/Prambanan, nature at the beach, modern vibes at Obelix, and of course, the legendary bakpia. The tour guide was super fun, and the schedule was well-organized without feeling rushed. Jogja really has its own magic. If you want a hassle-free vacation and want to tick off all your Jogja bucket list in just 3 days, I highly recommend Keraton Tour. You’ll definitely want to come back!
