The Keraton Tour trip to Yogyakarta started from Aji Pangeran Tumenggung (APT) Pranoto Airport in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. We departed with great excitement because we were going to have a fun and memorable trip. After arriving in Yogyakarta, we immediately went to Dapur Legend Mbok Marto to enjoy delicious traditional food. After that, we went to Citra Dream Hotel to rest after the long journey.

In the evening, we went for a walk along Malioboro Street. The atmosphere in Malioboro was very lively and enjoyable because there were many shops, street vendors, and various traditional items from Yogyakarta being sold. After walking around, we had dinner at Angkringan Kopi Jos “Lik Man”. The food there was simple but very delicious and unique. After that, we returned to the hotel to rest.

The next day, we visited the Keraton Yogyakarta to see the palace of the Sultan and learn more about the history and culture of Yogyakarta. After that, we had lunch at Bale Raos which is famous for its royal traditional cuisine. After lunch, we continued our trip to Parangtritis Beach to enjoy the beautiful beach view and the fresh sea breeze. In the afternoon, we went to Obelix Sea View to enjoy the beautiful ocean scenery, especially during sunset. After eating there, we returned to the hotel to rest.

The following day, we visited Prambanan Temple which is famous for its magnificent and beautiful temple architecture. After that, we had lunch at Sate Pak Pong which is well known for its delicious satay. Then we visited Bakpia Pathok and saw the process of making bakpia at Jaya factory. It was very interesting to see how the traditional snack was made. After finishing the activities, we returned to the hotel to rest.

On the last day, we enjoyed a famous traditional food of Yogyakarta, gudeg, at Gudeg Yu Djum. The gudeg tasted sweet and very delicious. After that, we prepared to return home to Samarinda while bringing many beautiful memories from the trip.

During the Keraton Tour trip, our tour guide was also very helpful and provided many interesting explanations about the places we visited. The explanations were clear and easy to understand, so we could learn more about the history, culture, and uniqueness of Yogyakarta. The tour guide was also friendly, patient, and always made sure our trip went smoothly and comfortably.

Overall, the Keraton Tour to Yogyakarta was a very enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Besides visiting many interesting places, we also gained new knowledge about the culture, history, and traditional food of Yogyakarta.
