Traveling is always a meaningful way to explore new places and experience different cultures. This time, I joined a trip called Keraton Tour to Yogyakarta. The journey was filled with historical destinations, beautiful landscapes, and local culinary experiences that made the trip truly unforgettable.
Our adventure began at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan International Airport. After a comfortable flight, we arrived at Yogyakarta International Airport with great excitement to explore the city.
One of the first places we visited was Jalan Malioboro. The area was lively and full of traditional shops, street performers, and local snacks. Walking along Malioboro allowed us to feel the unique and vibrant atmosphere of Yogyakarta.
We also explored Keraton Yogyakarta, the royal palace that represents the cultural heart of the city. The traditional architecture and historical collections gave us deeper insight into Javanese culture and royal traditions. The experience was both educational and inspiring.
Another memorable destination was Pantai Parangtritis. The strong waves and wide sandy beach created a dramatic and beautiful view. After enjoying the beach, we visited Obelix Hills, where we admired the breathtaking scenery from above. The panoramic landscape made the moment even more special.
We were also amazed by the grandeur of Candi Prambanan. The tall temple structures and detailed carvings reflected the rich history and cultural heritage of Indonesia. Learning about the legends behind the temple made the visit even more interesting. Before returning home, we stopped at a Bakpia Pathok Factory to see how the famous bakpia was produced and to buy some as souvenirs.
Finally, we headed back to Yogyakarta International Airport with hearts full of happiness and unforgettable memories. The Keraton Tour provided not only enjoyment but also valuable knowledge and beautiful experiences that will always be remembered. I would give this trip a rating of 9 out of 10.
