The travel trip to Bandung organized by Warra Travel offered a variety of destinations, from nature tourism to thematic attractions. Overall, the trip was enjoyable and well-arranged in terms of places visited. However, there are still several aspects that need improvement, especially in how the tour guides delivered information and interacted with participants.
The journey to Bandung and the visit to Dago Dreampark became the opening of the trip. The destination was fun and suitable as a warm-up activity. Aurel, as the tour guide, was not very interactive, which made the atmosphere feel a bit flat. However, her guidance was still acceptable and organized. With more interaction and engagement with participants, the experience could have been more lively. The visit to Kawah Putih and Ranca Upas gave a strong natural and scenic impression. Rayhan Fadullah handled this part quite well and showed good preparation. However, his delivery lacked expression, making the explanation feel less engaging. Being more expressive would help keep participants interested and focused. The trip continued to Orchid Flower Cikole and the Sari Ater Hot Spring. These destinations were relaxing and visually pleasing. Unfortunately, Windi’s explanation felt monotonous, which reduced the excitement of the visit. Using varied intonation and involving participants more could improve the overall experience. At The Great Asia Africa, the concept of cultural diversity was interesting, but Raffa struggled with communication. His explanation was not fluent, which made the information hard to understand. It would be better if he received proper training before guiding, so he could communicate more confidently and clearly. The visit to Lembang Wonderland was meant to be a fun closing destination. However, Ana faced similar issues to Raffa, especially in communication skills. The explanation was unclear and lacked confidence, making the guidance less effective. The return trip marked the end of the Bandung tour.
Overall, the tour guides did a decent job in accompanying the trip, but their explanations were often too long and lacked clarity. With better training, clearer explanations, and more interactive communication, future trips with Warra Travel could become much more enjoyable and memorable.
