ELVARA TRIP

 My trip started in the morning from Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman International Airport to Juanda Airport, and then I took another flight to Komodo Airport. Once I arrived, I went straight to the hotel to check in. Since it was the first day, I didn’t have many activities planned. In the afternoon, I just stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the sunset, which I thought was really beautiful. When night came, I went out for a quick bite to eat, then headed back to the hotel to rest so I would feel fresh the next morning.


  I woke up early the next morning and got ready right away. I took a bus to the Labuan Bajo Harbor to get on a boat. Enjoying the ocean view from the boat was quite a pleasant experience.


  The main destination was Padar Island. There, I hiked up the hill to see the famous beach view. The scenery from the top was truly beautiful, but I also took the time to go down and see the beach up close. Surprisingly, I actually encountered a Komodo dragon there. After finishing the tour, I went back to the hotel to rest because it was quite tiring, and I planned to continue the trip the next day.


  On my last day in Labuan Bajo, I visited a very beautiful cave called Batu Cermin Cave. The atmosphere inside was quite unique and peaceful. After finishing at the cave, I went to find some breakfast. Once I finished eating, I immediately took the bus back to Komodo Airport to prepare for my flight home.


  This trip to Labuan Bajo was a great experience for me. Even though it was a short visit, I managed to see many amazing places, from the top of the hills to the unique caves. Seeing a Komodo dragon in its natural habitat was definitely the highlight of the trip. I hope I can visit this place again someday to explore more of its beauty

The journey started from Samarinda to Tanjung Batu by land, which took quite a long time, but it never felt tiring thanks to the beautiful natural scenery of East Kalimantan along the way. The journey started from Samarinda with the destination of the Derawan Islands, a tourist destination well known for its clear sea and beautiful natural scenery. Although the trip was quite long and tiring, the atmosphere remained enjoyable because it was filled with conversations, laughter, and excitement to reach the destination.
