Some time ago, I joined a virtual journey to Semarang with Panorama Tour. This journey introduced me to Semarang, a city well known for its historical sites, classic buildings, and local culinary culture. Even though the trip was conducted virtually, I was still excited because it gave me a clear overview of the city and its main attractions.

 

In Semarang, I was introduced to several places that are considered the city’s icons. When learning about Lawang Sewu, I felt amazed by its grand architecture and rich history. While exploring Kota Lama, I felt as if I was stepping back in time because of its old colonial buildings and unique atmosphere. A different feeling came when visiting Gedong Songo Temple, where I felt calm due to the cool air and beautiful natural surroundings. Meanwhile, Eastman Coffee House gave a warm and relaxed impression, and Sego Des Nami made me interested in trying Semarang’s traditional food.

 

Through this virtual journey, Semarang appeared as a city with diverse attractions, ranging from historical landmarks and natural scenery to culinary destinations. The virtual tour guides also played an important role in making the journey enjoyable. They explained each destination clearly, were friendly, and made the virtual journey easy to follow. Overall, I would rate this virtual journey 4 out of 5 stars, as it was informative, well-organized, and successfully highlighted the character of Semarang.

 

In conclusion, this virtual journey to Semarang provided a meaningful and informative experience. It is suitable for students and travelers who want to learn more about the city before visiting it directly. ⭐ Rating: 4 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend this virtual journey because it is well-presented, engaging, and effectively showcases the charm of Semarang.
