The lively atmosphere of the city, together with a stop at Eastman Coffee House, creates a relaxed and modern mood that sets a positive tone for the journey. After that, Raihan guides the group to visit Lawang Sewu and the Old Town area. These destinations highlight Semarang’s rich history and cultural heritage. The iconic Lawang Sewu offers deep historical insight, while the Old Town features charming colonial-style buildings that are perfect for photos and learning.

 

The next destination is led by Keysha with a visit to Gedong Songo Temple. Surrounded by fresh mountain air and scenic views, this location provides a peaceful contrast to the busy city. The experience is completed with a meal at Sego Des Nami Restaurant, where traditional local dishes add to the authenticity of the trip. To conclude the journey, Amanda organizes souvenir shopping at Istana Briliant before the group returns to Samarinda. This final activity gives travelers the opportunity to take home unique souvenirs as lasting memories of Semarang.

The journey started from Samarinda to Tanjung Batu by land, which took quite a long time, but it never felt tiring thanks to the beautiful natural scenery of East Kalimantan along the way.
