The travel trip to Semarang was a four-day journey aimed at exploring historical landmarks, cultural heritage, and local culinary experiences. Semarang, known as a city rich in history and cultural diversity, became the destination of this trip. On the first day, guided by Dela, the group arrived at the airport and began exploring the city of Semarang. The day ended with a visit to Eastman Coffee House, where the group relaxed and enjoyed the city atmosphere as an introduction to the trip.

 

The second day, guided by Raihan Dc, was focused on historical exploration. The group visited Lawang Sewu, a famous historical building with strong colonial influence, followed by a visit to Kota Lama. These places provided valuable insight into Semarang’s past through architecture and city layout. On the third day, guided by Keysha, the group visited Gedong Songo Temple, a temple complex located in a mountainous area with beautiful scenery. After that, the group enjoyed local cuisine at Sego Des Nami Restaurant, which strengthened the cultural and culinary experience of the trip.

 

From these visits, the trip gave meaningful lessons about history, culture, and local life in Semarang. Lawang Sewu and Kota Lama helped participants understand the historical background of the city, while Gedong Songo Temple showed the connection between history and nature. Visiting local restaurants and coffee houses also allowed the group to experience how culture is reflected in food and daily lifestyle. Overall, the trip was not only enjoyable but also educational.

 

In conclusion, the travel trip to Semarang was a memorable and well-organized journey. On the fourth day, guided by Amanda, the group bought souvenirs at Istana Briliand before returning to Samarinda. This trip successfully combined historical exploration, cultural learning, and leisure activities. Semarang proved to be an excellent destination for educational travel, leaving participants with new knowledge and unforgettable experiences.
