I just got back from a trip to Semarang with friends using Panorama Tour's services. The trip started from Samarinda, and we visited popular places there. During our stay in Semarang, we were taken to many interesting destinations, from historical sites to delicious food, everything was well-prepared, so we just had to focus on enjoying the city's beauty.

 

What impressed me the most was their service. Their communication was excellent and friendly, making the atmosphere during the trip feel relaxed. From arrival at the airport and hanging out at Eastman Coffee House, they were very helpful. Likewise, when we visited Lawang Sewu and took photos in the old city, they always gave clear and patient directions, making us feel comfortable.

 

Even when we went to cool places like Candi Gedong Songo and ate at Dego Des Nami, they were attentive to our needs. They always informed us about the schedule in a fun way, like friends sharing information. Until we bought souvenirs at Istana Billiard before heading back to Samarinda, everything went smoothly because of their great communication.

 

In my opinion, the best part of Panorama Tour is their very friendly service. They know how to chat with us, making the trip not feel boring. If anyone was confused or needed help, they responded quickly and kindly. Their explanations about the places we visited were also easy to understand.

 

Overall, the trip to Semarang was really fun. Panorama Tour made this trip more memorable with their excellent communication and service. For those who want to explore Semarang with a fun and organized atmosphere, Panorama Tour is a great choice to accompany your vacation.
