Some time ago, I joined a virtual journey to Derawan Island. This virtual journey introduced Derawan as one of Indonesia’s most beautiful marine destinations, well known for its clear sea and peaceful island atmosphere.

 

During the virtual journey, I learned about several destinations such as Derawan Island, Sangalaki Island, Kakaban Island, and Maratua Island. The visuals were clear and well presented, and the explanations were detailed and easy to understand. This made it easier to imagine the real condition and beauty of each place. Kakaban Island became the most memorable destination because of its unique jellyfish lake. Sangalaki and Maratua also looked stunning with their wide ocean views and calm surroundings.

 


Personally, I really enjoyed this virtual journey. I felt amazed and interested in the natural beauty of Derawan Island. The clear explanations helped me understand each destination better and made me want to visit Derawan Island in person someday.

 

Overall, the virtual journey to Derawan Island was a very enjoyable, informative, and positive experience. It is suitable for students or anyone who wants to learn more about Indonesia’s natural beauty in a meaningful way. I highly recommend this virtual journey because it provides clear information and successfully shows the beauty of Derawan Island.

The journey started from Samarinda to Tanjung Batu by land, which took quite a long time, but it never felt tiring thanks to the beautiful natural scenery of East Kalimantan along the way.
