This text is a travel review of a trip to Derawan Island organized by GoWander ID. The purpose of this review is to share my experience and evaluate the services, activities, and overall quality of the trip.

 

The journey to Derawan Island involved land transportation followed by a speedboat ride. Although the road condition was quite challenging, the trip was well managed by GoWander ID. The crew and tour guide were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help participants. Accommodation was arranged near the sea, offering a beautiful ocean view and a comfortable place to rest. During the trip, GoWander ID provided a complete itinerary including island hopping to Sangalaki and Kakaban Island, snorkeling sessions, outbound activities, and daily meals. Safety equipment was prepared, and guides accompanied participants during water activities, which made the trip feel safe and well orgorganize. 



In my opinion, this trip was very enjoyable and memorable, especially because I was able to see marine animals such as manta rays, turtles, and jellyfish directly in their natural habitat. Snorkeling almost every day was exciting, although it could be tiring and slightly repetitive. This tour is very suitable for people who enjoy beach activities and underwater scenery. Personally, I felt that the services provided by GoWander ID made the experience more comfortable and stress-free.

 

To conclude, the Derawan Island trip with GoWander ID was a pleasant and well-organized travel experience. With professional tour management, friendly guides, and interesting destinations, GoWander ID offers a tour package that is worth choosing. Despite a few minor drawbacks, this trip is highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore the beauty of Derawan Island safely and comfortably.

The journey started from Samarinda to Tanjung Batu by land, which took quite a long time, but it never felt tiring thanks to the beautiful natural scenery of East Kalimantan along the way.
