ELVARA TRIP

My trip to Labuan Bajo was truly exciting and breathtaking. This was my first time joining a trip like this, and it's going to be one of the most memorable vacation moments for me.

 

The first day started with a journey from Balikpapan to Surabaya with Redina. The briefing was clear, although I was a bit grumpy at first due to the long wait without updates. After arriving in Surabaya, we had a short transit before flying to Labuan Bajo with Sibel. Even though Sibel's voice was a bit hard to hear at times, my excitement didn't fade because it was my first time in Labuan Bajo. As soon as we arrived, the vacation vibes kicked in. In the evening, Adel took us to check-in to a hotel with an amazing view. Since we were hungry, we headed straight to Kampung Ujung for seafood dinner while enjoying the sea atmosphere – it paid off all the travel fatigue.

 

On the second day, Baihaqi guided us to Komodo Island and Atlantis spot. I was super happy to see Komodos up close and enjoy Labuan Bajo's crystal-clear waters – an unforgettable experience. After that, Redina took us to Pink Beach with its unique and beautiful pink sand – the photo spot was awesome. We continued to Padar Island. Though we had to climb quite high, the view was totally worth it, and the photos were just as cool.

 

The third day had a more relaxed agenda. With Wahyu, we visited the unique Batu Cermin Cave. After that, we stopped by the local market to buy some Labuan Bajo souvenirs before heading back to Balikpapan.

 

Even though I was a bit grumpy at the start due to the long wait at the airport, everything melted away as soon as we arrived in Labuan Bajo. The hotel views and destinations were mood-boosters. This trip was super memorable – from the beautiful nature, fun experiences, great guides, comfy transportation, to the camaraderie during the trip. Labuan Bajo makes me wanna come back someday.
